NN LIFE PENSION Mobile Application
NN Hayat Emeklilik has created your mobile application visual system and UX strategy in its range of available and visible product features.
Overview
NN Group is an insurance and investment management company operating in 20 countries in europe, including the United States, Australia and Japan.
With approximately 15,000 employees worldwide, it provides pension, insurance, investment and banking services to 18 million customers. NationaleNederlanden, ING Insurance Europe, ING Life Japan and ING Investment Management, which form the insurance and investment management business lines of ING Group, were gathered under the umbrella of NN Group NV as of March 1, 2014. As an insurance and investment management company, NN Group has a strong position in life and pension products in other European countries, especially the Netherlands, America, Australia and Japan.
Strategy
Understanding the UX design of competitors required intensive review of User Feeds. At this stage of the research and planning process, we analyzed the strengths of these systems and used them to create a User Flow that was best suited for NN Life Pension customers.
Design System
The company already had an corporate identity, color palette and logo. However, we have integrated automated surveys, drawings and form elements into the system that fit the product seamlessly.
Customer Journey
A prototype has been created to get feedback from the company's users and stakeholders. It was presented as a real design with linked pages where the customer could navigate as if it were a live app.
UX & UI
This app focused on people between the ages of 21-35 and 45+. In terms of financial literacy, an interaction strategy has been designed that users at all levels can understand. For financial graphics, multiple usage experiences were designed so that even users with the least digital interest could use them.
