Gediz Retail Online Transactions Panel UX/UI

Gediz Elektrik has created a unique visual system and strategy for consumer displays in its range of existing and visible product features.

Overview

We examined customer screens in order to provide continuous and high quality electricity service to 3 million customers in Izmir and Manisa provinces. We have improved the service structures that users are trying to solve and made them available on their digital screens.

Strategy

Understanding the UX design of competitors required intensive review of User Feeds. At this stage of the research and planning process, we analyzed the strengths of these systems and used them to create a User Flow that was best suited for Gediz Elektrik customers.

Cross-Selling Campaign Strategy

Strategies have been developed where existing users can up-sell their existing products.

Visual Design

Visual design research has created ideas on visual experience that uses color, shape, size, space that helps the user find what they need and choose relevant knowledge and relationships.
