Positioned as one of the well-known and most preferred food and beverage enterprises, we aimed to reflect the professional experience, sincerity and guest satisfaction of BTA Group, which started at the airport and spread to the city centers, on its online platforms.

We have devised a user strategy to promote BTA Group, business strategy, objectives and operating model.
We reviewed customer and partner experiences, mapped user journeys, and designed the platform. Of course, our experience with e-commerce platforms was very important when creating business processes in this direction.
UX/UI Design
In an industry where marketing materials are characterized by general images of food and beverage factories, He did something different. we created specific fields using the moving visualization method. For each service, a symbol-shaped conveyor belt helped quickly convey the message (for example, a recycling symbol for sustainability).
