What is User Experience (UX)?
A user experience refers to the interaction between a user and a product or service. This term was invented by Don Norman in the 90s. The user experience applies to everything you can experience, such as visiting a website, coffee maker or supermarket.
"The user experience covers all aspects of how end users interact with the company, its services, and its products."

What is a user experience design?
User experience design optimizes the design, enabling the customer to interact positively with that product and make the product willing for frequent use. It's the best way to guide users to complete their tasks as easily as possible and to enable them to experience optimal engagement.
User experience design takes into account all the different elements that shape this experience. Its ultimate goal is to create beautiful experiences that are easy, efficient, relevant and versatile for the user.
The user experience (UX) is divided into four main disciplines:
- Experience Strategy
- Interaction Design
- User Research
- Information Architecture
Why is user experience design important?
From a user point of view, good user experience design allows us to maintain our daily lives as effortlessly as possible. From setting an alarm to chatting with friends online, listening to music or using a calendar app, our ease of completing these operations is the result of good design.
What does a User Experience (UX) designer do?
The UX designer tries to make everyday products, services and technology as user-friendly and accessible as possible. When designing these experiences, they should consider how they can add value to all types of users. The UX designer should consider what is best for the user and the overall user experience. At the same time, the UX designer is responsible for making sure that the product or service meets the needs of the enterprise.
